Our Mission

The Director - Paul Hughes

Director of Frontier Solutions & Strategies, Paul Hughes, has an impressive international career spanning over 34 years in IT management. He has worked with the IT groups of major corporations in the UK, Europe, Singapore, Canada, Switzerland, New Zealand and Australia developing leading edge strategies and implementing superior business solutions to achieve challenging business goals. These companies have included IATA, Mobil Oil, Hewlett-Packard, Abacus International (Sabre Pacific), Ergon Energy, Flight Centre International, Cantel Inc, Prentice-Hall and QLD Department of State Development. In 1999, Paul founded Frontier Solutions to help fill the niche for forensic and security software products and strategic business solutions in Australasia and Asia / Pacific. Today the business supports many of our top law enforcement agencies, Government departments and major Australian & New Zealand corporations in electronic forensic detection and other strategies. Frontier Solutions has now grown to encompass many other products and services including web site development, telephony solutions, music-on-hold, e-commerce, disaster recovery and more.

We are an Australian company based in Melbourne (Victoria, Australia). We also have an office in Bangkok, Thailand and one in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Our Competitive Pricing Policy

Because many of our products come from overseas, currency fluctuations and shipping costs (especially with the fuel surcharges that shipping companies charge us) will have a major impact on our prices - sometimes positively and other times negatively. We endeavour to regularly update our prices to reflect current exchange rates as well as the actual costs to import the products into Australia. Our pricing policy explains in more detail exactly how our prices are calculated. However, there may be times when our web site's prices may be out of date and so if you find that any of our products can be purchased locally at a more competitive price then we welcome the opportunity to review our price with you. It should also be noted that we offer government and education discounts on many of our product lines and the prices on our web site also do not include discounts that may be available for companies purchasing by EFT.
